Paul Alvarez

With over 20 years in Operations and Human Resources working from small businesses to fortune 500 companies, Paul provides leadership to the agency and is accountable for enabling the Spanish American Committee to achieve long-term success and financial health by overseeing the organization's operational functions and ensuring operational excellence across the board. Implementing operational strategies that align with the company's long-term vision, managing day-to-day operations to support sustainable growth, and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

 

Paul was born and raised in NYC and has lived the last 25 years in Ohio. Paul earned his BSBA from Alliance University and his MA from the University of Phoenix. In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, Anita, and their two daughters, Lourdes and Nelia. Further, Paul and Anita are deeply involved in their church family, enjoy Cleveland restaurants, are avid walkers, and love to bike ride in Cleveland’s Park system.
